Eggless Chocolate Pudding

Eggless Chocolate Pudding

This eggless chocolate pudding is silky, smooth and luscious with a deep chocolatey flavor. It is a quick and easy dessert that calls for a very few ingredients and gets ready in 15 minutes.

Ingredients :

Chocolate : You can choose the intensity of the pudding, if you like intense chocolatey flavor then just use the dark chocolate or just use half milk and half dark chocolate chips.

Cocoa Powder: I used dark chocolate powder for the rich chocolate flavor. You can use regular cocoa powder.

Milk and Cream : You can use semi skimmed or vegan milk and you can use single cream or thick cream. The richness and consistency of the pudding depends on the richness of the product used, however you can substitute the ingredients to suit your dietary needs. I recommend using full fat milk to nice thick pudding.

Cornstarch: It is used to thicken the pudding  so it can’t be left out. It is gluten free.

Unsalted butter : Whisking in a little butter at the end of the cooking time will give you an even creamier and richer pudding
