Few Tips for making fattoush:
- Dont use store bought pita chips! Take time to toast/fry your chips and season them well.
- Try not to skip Sumac. Its available in all supermarkets and its gives a tart flavour to the salad which is difficult to replicate.
- This is a ‘basic’ fattoush recipe and there are many variations!! You can add peppers , any seasonal vegetable you like or jazz it up with pomegranate molasses!
