Soft Til Gud Ladoos
A simple, quick 4 ingredient dessert prepared with roasted sesame seeds and Jaggery. Packed with many nutrients and health benefits. Gluten free

- 1 cup Sesame seeds/Til
- ¾ cup Chopped jaggery ( lightly packed)
- ½ tbsp Ghee
- ½ tsp Cardamom powder
Heat a heavy bottom pan on medium low heat. Dry roast the sesame seeds on low flame stirring continuously until they are light brown and crispy. It will take 4-5 minutes. Transfer them to a plate and allow to cool.
Chop the jaggery and keep aside.
Next, add the cooled sesame seeds to a grinder jar and grind it coarsely in pulse mode only. Pulse for just 2-3 times .
Add the chopped jaggery ,ghee and cardamom powder to the grinder jar with sesame seeds. Pulse again for 2-3 times only. Keep shaking the jar in between.
Take the mix out in a big bowl. Grease your palm, take a small portion of the mix and and shape in smooth, round balls .
If the mixture is dry and can not be rolled in ladoos ,add 1/2 tbsp of ghee in it .
Allow to cool completely, Store in an air tight container.
