Banana Nutella Milkshake

IMG_20180606_163017_654The banana is a nutritional powerhouse and  packed with energy-giving carbohydrate. Bananas are an excellent source of potassium and vitamin B6, fibre and carbohydrate, and supply some vitamin C.

Bananas act as a prebiotic, stimulating the growth of friendly bacteria in the bowel. They also produce digestive enzymes to assist in absorbing nutrients.

This Banana Nutella milkshake is ready in 5 minutes and its super chocolatey and creamy!!

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • Banana:  2 medium sized
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream + extra for topping
  • 4 tablespoon nutella
  • 1/2 cup fresh cream , preferably heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Chocolate sauce/syrup for topping
  • colourful sprinkles for decorating

Method:

  • Add the banana, nutella, vanilla ice cream, fresh cream  and milk to a blender jar and blend until everything mix together properly.
  • Pour into large cups and top with two scoops of vanilla ice cream.
  • Decorate with chocolate sauce and sprinkles.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!!
